About the event
This October, we will be hosting an exciting new class series! Learn how to prep, cook, and serve Spatchcock Chicken, Pork Ribs, Boston Butt, & Brisket.
Led by David Ellis from Machete Boys BBQ, you will learn some incredible meat-perfecting skills!
The classes will be held every Wednesday for four weeks, starting on October 5th at our Brainerd location. Come at 5:30 for a social "half-hour" before the class starts at 6pm. Run time is approximately two hours.
October 5th: Spatchcock Chicken
October 12th: Pork Ribs
October 19th: Boston Butt
October 26th: Brisket
Come to one or come to all! You will receive $5 off each class if you purchase all four at time of checkout. Those who complete all four classes will receive a certification.
As requested, we will also be live-broadcasting each class via zoom! Each ticket holder will recieve an email invite to the zoom class before the start of each class - so you may choose to come in person, or attend online!
