Competition Ribs With Wrecking Crew BBQ

Looking to step up your game in the backyard? Join us for an evening of all things Ribs!  You will be introduced to some competition-winning tips and tricks by Wrecking Crew BBQ's very own Alan Larrimore.

You will learn the following:

• Meat selection and trimming
• Brining and injections
• Seasoning and sauce selection
• Competition Rib demo

As usual, we will start off the night with a "social half-hour" at 5:30pm with class starting at 6pm. We are so excited to see you all in class!

About the Team:

Wrecking Crew BBQ is a family team who began competing in 2021 in the KCBS Backyard series. over the past three years, they have traveled across the midwest representing The Smokestack BBQ Supply Store and competing in backyard and masters series competitions . . . Some awards the have won include:

• 2023 KCBS World Invitational Backyard Grand Champion
• 2023 Minnesota BBQ Society Chicken Team of the Year
• 2023 Minnesota BBQ Society Rib Team of the Year
• 2023 KCBS 6th Place Rib Team of the Year
