Our instructor (and member of Wrecking Crew Barbecue)\, Alan Larrimore\, will guide you through an evening of all things Thanksgiving Turkey. You will learn how to prep\, season\, cook\, and serve the ultimate Thanksgiving Turkey. \n\n\n\nAs usual\, the night will start with a social “half-hour” at 5:30pm\, with class starting at 6:00pm.
