Ingredients
  

Cheese Sauce

  • 2 8 oz blocks Cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 bundle Cliantro chopped
  • 2 T Hardcore Carnivore Amplify

Instructions
 

  • Season pork loin with choice of seasoning. Smoke at 225° until internal temp reaches 145°
  • Cool pork, then shave thin.
  • Mix butter and garlic together and spread on baguette slices.
  • Toast on smoker at 250° for about 20 mins.
  • Put all cheese sauce ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Top bread with shaved pork and finish with cheese sauce.
  • Enjoy!
