Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs fresh green beans
  • 0.5 sweet yellow onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Heath Riles Garlic Butter
  • 0.5 cup shredded marble jack cheese
  • 0.75 cup monterey jack cheese
  • 6 oz french fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Trim and cut green beans into bite size pieces. Steam until soft.
  • Sauté onions until softened in medium saucepan.
  • Add butter, stir until melted.
  • Add in sour cream, heavy cream, chicken stock and 1T Heath Riles Garlic Butter.
  • Bring to boil then reduce heat to low, stirring consistently until sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.
  • Combine sauce mixture and green beans and put in a 9x13 greased pan.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Smoke at 225° F for 1 ½ hours.
  • Top with French Fried Onions and sprinkle with more Heath Riles Garlic Butter and increase to 325° F for ½ hour.
