Ingredients
  

Cobbler

  • 9 Peaches peeled and cubed
  • 2 cup Brown sugar
  • 4 T Corn starch
  • 1 T Heath Riles Pecan Rub + 1 T more
  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Hey Grill Hey Maple Bourbon BBQ Glaze

Biscuit Topping

  • 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 stick Cold butter cubed
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 T Cinnamon

Sprinkle Finish

  • 2 T Sugar
  • 1 T Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Prep 9x13 pan by spraying with Duck Fat, or other cooking spray and dusting the pan with 1 T of the Heath Riles Pecan Rub.
  • Mix cobbler ingredients together and put in prepared pan.
  • Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over peach mixture in pan.
  • Smoke at 225° F for 10 minutes.
  • Increase temp to 375° F for 20-25 or until biscuit topping is golden brown.
  • Remove from smoker and spray top with Duck Fat and sprinkle with the sprinkle finish mix.
  • Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
  • Enjoy!
