Prep 9x13 pan by spraying with Duck Fat, or other cooking spray and dusting the pan with 1 T of the Heath Riles Pecan Rub.
Mix cobbler ingredients together and put in prepared pan.
Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over peach mixture in pan.
Smoke at 225° F for 10 minutes.
Increase temp to 375° F for 20-25 or until biscuit topping is golden brown.
Remove from smoker and spray top with Duck Fat and sprinkle with the sprinkle finish mix.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
