Smoked Pork Chops
Tender pork chops marinated in a cranberry and cilantro mixture, then smoked to perfection.
Equipment
- Foil Pan
- Gallon Bag
Ingredients
- 6 Boneless Pork Chops
- 0.33 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Rub of Mine Apple Chipotle or Barbecue
- 3 cups Cranberry Juice
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
- 0.25 cup Honey
Instructions
- Cube pork chops and place in a gallon bag.
- Mix mayo, Sweet Rub of Mine, cranberry juice and cilantro together and pour over pork chops and marinade over night.
- Put pork chops in a foil pan and pour enough marinade to get about ½ inch in the bottom of the pan.
- Smoke at 225° F for ½ hour and add honey into marinade mix in pan and stir.
- Smoke for an addition 1-1 ½ hr until meat reaches internal temp of 145° F
- Enjoy!
Notes
Marinate overnight for best flavor. Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F for food safety.
