A classic Mexican-style street corn salad

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Ears Corn
  • Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Cotija Cheese or Feta (+ for garnish)
  • 2 Limes Juice from
  • 2 TBSP Cilantro chopped fresh (+ for garnish)
  • 1 TBSP Smokin Bros. Negotiator (+ for garnish)
  • 2 TBSP Sure Shot Sides Lime Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to 350° and place corn directly on to the grill, cook until you reach desired char. Remove from grill and slice corn from cob (if fresh corn is not available, using frozen or canned is okay)
  • In a serving bowl mix: corn, mayo, cotija, lime juice, cilantro, Sure Shot Sides Lime Pepper, & Smokin Bros Negotiator. Once mixed, season generously with Kosher salt.
  • Top with additional cotija, cilantro, add a sprinkle of chili powder.

Notes

Fresh, frozen, or canned corn can be used. Garnish with extra cotija and cilantro.
