Meat Church Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage
- 4 T Kerrygold Butter
- 10 T Meat Church Chicken Fried Breading Mix
- 4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 1/4 T Meat Church The Gospel
- Cracked pepper to taste
- Biscuits
- Eggs
Instructions
- Brown sausage.
- Melt in butter.
- Stir in Meat Church Chicken Fried Breading Mix until evenly coated.
- Stir in milk and heavy cream.
- Season with Meat Church The Gospel and fresh cracked pepper to taste. (we used ½ T)
- Heat on high and bring to boil.
- Reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve over warm biscuits and top with egg of choice.
- Enjoy!
