Brown sausage.
Melt in butter.
Stir in Meat Church Chicken Fried Breading Mix until evenly coated.
Stir in milk and heavy cream.
Season with Meat Church The Gospel and fresh cracked pepper to taste. (we used ½ T)
Heat on high and bring to boil.
Reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over warm biscuits and top with egg of choice.
