Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Fresh green beans
- 1/2 Sweet onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 3/4 cup Heavy cream
- 3/4 cup Chicken stock
- 1 tbsp Heath Riles Garlic Butter
- 1/2 cup Shredded marble jack cheese
- 3/4 cup Monterey jack cheese
- 6 oz French fried onions
Instructions
- Trim and cut green beans into bite size pieces. Steam until soft.
- Sauté onions until softened in medium saucepan.
- Add butter, stir until melted.
- Add in sour cream, heavy cream, chicken stock and 1THeath Riles Garlic Butter.
- Bring to boil then reduce heat to low, stirring consistently until sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.
- Combine sauce mixture and green beans and put in a 9x13greased pan.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Smoke at 225° F for 1 ½ hours.
- Top with French Fried Onions and sprinkle with more Heath Riles Garlic Butter and increase to 325° F for ½ hour.
