Trim and cut green beans into bite size pieces. Steam until soft.
Sauté onions until softened in medium saucepan.
Add butter, stir until melted.
Add in sour cream, heavy cream, chicken stock and 1THeath Riles Garlic Butter.
Bring to boil then reduce heat to low, stirring consistently until sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.
Combine sauce mixture and green beans and put in a 9x13greased pan.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Smoke at 225° F for 1 ½ hours.
Top with French Fried Onions and sprinkle with more Heath Riles Garlic Butter and increase to 325° F for ½ hour.
