Grilled Romaine Lettuce with Lemon Garlic Aioli
Charred romaine lettuce with a zesty lemon-garlic aioli

- 4 Heads Romaine Lettuce
- Duck Fat Spray
- Killer Hogs TX Brisket Seasoning
Lemon-Garlic Aioli
- 1/3 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 Lemon Juice from (more to taste)
- 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 3 TBSP Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350°
- Wash and dry lettuce
- Slice lettuce into 1/4ths, place onto a baking sheet
- Spray lettuce leaves with Duck Fat Spray, season with Killer Hogs TX Brisket seasoning
- Place lettuce directly onto preheated grill, until the leaves reached a nice char.
- Prepare Aioli while lettuce cooks.
- To prepare Aioli: Mix Mayo, Lemon juice, White Wine Vinegar, and Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend. Set aside, allowing seasonings to rehydrate in sauce.
Notes
Serve with aioli for added flavor.
