Grilled Romaine Lettuce with Lemon Garlic Aioli

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Heads Romaine Lettuce
  • Duck Fat Spray
  • Killer Hogs TX Brisket Seasoning

Lemon-Garlic Aioli

  • 1/3 Cup Mayo
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice from (more to taste)
  • 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 TBSP Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to 350°
  • Wash and dry lettuce
  • Slice lettuce into 1/4ths, place onto a baking sheet
  • Spray lettuce leaves with Duck Fat Spray, season with Killer Hogs TX Brisket seasoning
  • Place lettuce directly onto preheated grill, until the leaves reached a nice char.
  • Prepare Aioli while lettuce cooks.
  • To prepare Aioli: Mix Mayo, Lemon juice, White Wine Vinegar, and Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend. Set aside, allowing seasonings to rehydrate in sauce.

Notes

Serve with aioli for added flavor.
