Slice lettuce into 1/4ths, place onto a baking sheet
Spray lettuce leaves with Duck Fat Spray, season with Killer Hogs TX Brisket seasoning
Place lettuce directly onto preheated grill, until the leaves reached a nice char.
Prepare Aioli while lettuce cooks.
To prepare Aioli: Mix Mayo, Lemon juice, White Wine Vinegar, and Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend. Set aside, allowing seasonings to rehydrate in sauce.
