Equipment
- Pecan Wood
- Pan
- Whisk
- 2 Loaf Pans
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 3 cup Milk
- 2 cup Peas frozen
- 1 1/2 cup Carrots chopped
- 2 cup Celery chopped
- 1 T Kosher salt
- 1 T pepper
- 1 cup yellow, red, orange peppers chopped
- 1 T parsley chopped
- 4 T honey
- 2 packages cod
- Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ or Heath Riles Simple Citrus
- 1 egg whipped
- Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Instructions
- Smoke two packages of cod seasoned with wither HeathRiles Simple Citrus or Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ for 30 minutes at 225° F
- Melt butter. Whisk in flour. Add in Sour cream, Heavy Cream and milk, stir til smooth.
- In a separate pan saute all veggies and add to cream mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, honey and parsley.
- Flake fish and add to Cream/Veggie mixture.
- Pour into two greased loaf pans and cover with crescent rolls.
- Brush with egg.
- Smoke at 375° for about 20 mins or until top is golden brown.
