Smoke two packages of cod seasoned with wither HeathRiles Simple Citrus or Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ for 30 minutes at 225° F
Melt butter. Whisk in flour. Add in Sour cream, Heavy Cream and milk, stir til smooth.
In a separate pan saute all veggies and add to cream mixture.
Season with salt and pepper, honey and parsley.
Flake fish and add to Cream/Veggie mixture.
Pour into two greased loaf pans and cover with crescent rolls.
Brush with egg.
Smoke at 375° for about 20 mins or until top is golden brown.
