Ingredients
  

For Apples

  • 5 lbs Granny smith apples Peeled, cored and sliced.
  • 2 Lemons Juiced
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • 1 T Vanilla
  • 1 pinch Allspice
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg

For The Crumble

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1 stick unsalted cold butter

Instructions
 

  • Place prepared apples in 9x13 pan and mix with apple ingredients.
  • For the crumble. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and cut in cold butter with a pastry cutter or fork until crumbly.
  • Spread evenly over apple mixture.
  • Cover pan with foil and place on preheated smoker.
  • Smoke at 350° F for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and smoke for an additional 30 minutes or until apples are tender and crumb has turned golden brown.
  • Enjoy!
