Place prepared apples in 9x13 pan and mix with apple ingredients.
For the crumble. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and cut in cold butter with a pastry cutter or fork until crumbly.
Spread evenly over apple mixture.
Cover pan with foil and place on preheated smoker.
Smoke at 350° F for 30 minutes.
Uncover and smoke for an additional 30 minutes or until apples are tender and crumb has turned golden brown.
