Ingredients
- 4 lbs Ground beef
- 3 T Heath Riles Everyday Rub
- 1 Onion chopped
- 7 Sweet peppers small size
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/2 bottle Touch of Smoke Mustard
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 cup Shredded CheddarJack Cheese
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Hamburger Pickles
- Tater Tots, French Fries, or Waffle Fries
- Duck Fat Spray
- Extra Heath Riles Everyday Rub for Seasoning
Instructions
- Lightly brown the hamburger just until the pink is gone, drain and add HR Everyday Rub.
- Stir in onion, peppers, mayo and mustard. Set aside.
- To make the cheese sauce add sour cream, cheese and milk to a saucepan and heated until melted and incorporated.
- Spray a 9x13 pan with Duck Fat spray and put meat mixture in the bottom of the pan.
- Top with the cheese sauce and hamburger pickles.
- Arrange tater tots over the top provide complete coverage over meat and cheese mixture.
- Spray tater tots with Duck Fat spray and lightly season withHR Everyday Rub.
- Smoke at 350° F for 1 hour.
