Smoked Cheeseburger Hotdish

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs Ground beef
  • 3 T Heath Riles Everyday Rub
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 7 Sweet peppers small size
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 bottle Touch of Smoke Mustard
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cup Shredded CheddarJack Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Hamburger Pickles
  • Tater Tots, French Fries, or Waffle Fries
  • Duck Fat Spray
  • Extra Heath Riles Everyday Rub for Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Lightly brown the hamburger just until the pink is gone, drain and add HR Everyday Rub.
  • Stir in onion, peppers, mayo and mustard. Set aside.
  • To make the cheese sauce add sour cream, cheese and milk to a saucepan and heated until melted and incorporated.
  • Spray a 9x13 pan with Duck Fat spray and put meat mixture in the bottom of the pan.
  • Top with the cheese sauce and hamburger pickles.
  • Arrange tater tots over the top provide complete coverage over meat and cheese mixture.
  • Spray tater tots with Duck Fat spray and lightly season withHR Everyday Rub.
  • Smoke at 350° F for 1 hour.
  • Enjoy!
