Lightly brown the hamburger just until the pink is gone, drain and add HR Everyday Rub.
Stir in onion, peppers, mayo and mustard. Set aside.
To make the cheese sauce add sour cream, cheese and milk to a saucepan and heated until melted and incorporated.
Spray a 9x13 pan with Duck Fat spray and put meat mixture in the bottom of the pan.
Top with the cheese sauce and hamburger pickles.
Arrange tater tots over the top provide complete coverage over meat and cheese mixture.
Spray tater tots with Duck Fat spray and lightly season withHR Everyday Rub.
Smoke at 350° F for 1 hour.
