
Smoked Chicken Dip

Equipment

Ingredients
- 2 large Chicken breasts
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and chopped
- 1/3 Red onion chopped
- 1 Jalapeño chopped
- 1 Baby sweet bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Mayo
- Suckle Busters Clucker Dust
- Shredded Cheddar Jack
Instructions
- Generously coat chicken with Suckle Busters Clucker Dust, let sweat for 30 minutes.
- Smoke for 1 ½ hours at 300° or until meat reaches 165°internal temp. Shred.
- Mix remaining ingredients and place in 9x13 pan and smoke at 200° for 45 minutes.
- Serve with crackers, enjoy!
