Shredded Cheddar Jack
Instructions
Generously coat chicken with Suckle Busters Clucker Dust, let sweat for 30 minutes.
Smoke for 1 ½ hours at 300° or until meat reaches 165°internal temp. Shred.
Mix remaining ingredients and place in 9x13 pan and smoke at 200° for 45 minutes.
Serve with crackers, enjoy!
