Smoked Crab Dip

Equipment
- Comp Blend Wood
Ingredients
- 16 oz Crab meat
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 T Lime juice
- 1/2 cup Cliantro
- 3 stalks Celery chopped
- 1/3 Onion chopped
- 2 T Meat Church Seafood
- 1/2 T Salt
- 1 T Worcestershire
- Shredded cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except the cheese and place in 9x13 pan
- Top with shredded cheese
- Smoke at 200° for 45 minutes
- Serve with crackers, enjoy!
