Place bacon on jelly roll pan lined with foil. Sprinkle with 1 T Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head. Bake at 450° until crispy. Drain and save bacon grease for later.
Cool and crumble bacon.
Mix the brownies according to the box but replace the oil with the reserved bacon grease.
Mix in ¾ the crumbled bacon to the batter and MeatChurch HBB seasoning.
Pour into well greased jelly roll pan.
Swirl in the caramel packet and sprinkle with caramel bits.
Top with remaining bacon crumbles and lightly season with½ tsp Pineapple Head.
Flip a foil pan upside down and place brownie pan on top to deflect heat.
Smoke at 325° for about 40 minutes.
Cool and top with powered sugar, caramel, and Pineapple Head
