Creamy, cheesy smoked potatoes with a sweet and spicy jalapeno kick

Diced (or 30 oz Country style Hash browns)

Sour Cream

Cream of Chicken Soup
OR Cream of Cheddar - Condensed

Green Onion

Cheddar Cheese

Smokestack Candied Jalapenos

Cash Cow Seasoning
(+for taste)
Instructions
Preheat smoker to 375°
Fill saucepan with cold water, add fresh potatoes (if using fresh ONLY) Simmer 12-14 min. until tender. Drain and cool.
In 9x13 baking dish (half size foil pan) add: melted butter, Cash Cow seasoning, chopped Jalapenos, sour cream, condensed soup, green onion, 1 ½ Cup cheese. Mix
Add potatoes OR frozen hash browns. Stir to combine
Top with remaining cheese.
Cook in smoker until browned and bubbly - 25-30 min
Notes
Can use fresh diced potatoes or frozen hash browns.
